Private & commercial finance
Bridging, private credit, development and commercial property. You tell us the deal once. We organise it and, with your consent, introduce you to lenders who actually write this kind of paper. They assess it. They decide.
What we finance
When the contract has a date on it, the security is unusual, or the borrower is a trust, a company or a developer halfway through a build, a headline rate is not the problem. Getting it done is. That is the work we do.
Organises what you send, keeps it in one place, tells you what changed. Nobody retypes your deal and nobody asks for it twice.
We introduce. The lender explains its product, assesses your application and decides. We don't quote rates, compare products or promise approvals — that's theirs to do.
Where your enquiry is up to, live, in one place. If we need nothing from you, it says so. If we need something, it says what and why.
Run the numbers
Put in what you know. You'll see the figures lenders usually publish limits for: LVR after the facility, equity left in the asset, and what the money costs over the term at the rate you assume. General information only — the lender decides.
Worked from the figures you typed and the rate you assumed. General and indicative only. Not an offer, quote, assessment, recommendation or advice. Rates, fees, amounts and outcomes are determined solely by the lender. Interest is simple interest over the term; fees aren't included.
How it works
What you give us becomes one organised enquiry and your live status. With your consent it goes to the lenders we introduce you to. Nobody retypes it, nobody asks for it twice.
Five screens on your phone. Facility, security, exit, who's borrowing, and whatever paperwork you have. You see the numbers straight away.
Someone reads your enquiry, asks for anything obviously missing, and confirms which lenders you'd like to be introduced to.
With your consent we pass your enquiry to the lender. They explain their product, assess your application and make the decision.
Any offer, conditions and settlement come from the lender. You can see where your introduction is up to, and we'll chase a response if it goes quiet.
The 2AM test
This is the moment we built for. No PDF forms. No "leave your details and we'll be in touch". You tell us the deal, the system organises it while you sleep, and a person picks it up first thing with everything already laid out.
Five questions. Type the address. Photograph whatever paperwork is on the desk.
LVR, equity, facility against equity, exit. You know whether it's in range before you go to bed.
Summary drafted, documents sorted, missing items listed. You go to sleep.
They read it, ring you, and — if you want — introduce you to a lender that day. Not a callback form. A call.
Your enquiry, live
Every enquiry lives in one place: borrower, facility, security, exit, documents, and the status of each introduction we've made for you. Open it at any hour.
Illustrative states. Not a real transaction.
Partners
Accountants, advisers, agents and solicitors send us scenarios through their own portal and can see where each introduction is up to without ringing. Referral arrangements are written down and follow the rules that apply to them.
From buying the site to clearing the last unit.
Refinancing a portfolio, pulling equity out, untangling cross-collateral.
Buying the premises, funding the gap, borrowing against what you own.
Finance that respects the structure you built, and a portal so you're not chasing us.
Deals that have to settle on the date in the contract.
Questions
What private money is, how fast this really moves, what we'll ask you for, and what the calculator is and isn't.

When you make an enquiry we collect the information you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, the amount and timing of finance you're looking for, and the description of your deal, including details of the security property, existing debt, purpose and exit. If you upload documents we collect what is in them. We also collect technical information when you use the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page and campaign you arrived from (UTM parameters), and the time of your enquiry.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, government identifiers, bank account or card numbers, or health information. If a lender needs identification or financial documents, provide them to the lender directly.
To read and organise your enquiry; to contact you about it; with your consent, to introduce you and pass your enquiry details to one or more independent lenders or licensed credit providers that may be able to assist you; to keep a record of introductions we have made; to measure and improve the site and our advertising; and to meet our legal obligations.
Lenders and licensed credit providers you agree to be introduced to. Each lender then handles your information under its own privacy policy and is responsible for its own assessment, documents and decisions. Service providers that host our site and store enquiries (Amazon Web Services), deliver email, and provide analytics and advertising measurement (for example Google, Meta and LinkedIn, if their tags are present on the site). Professional advisers, and anyone we are required by law to disclose to. We do not sell your information.
Our website and enquiry records are hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in the United States. Analytics and advertising providers may process data outside Australia. By using the site you consent to this.
If an introduction results in a completed transaction, the lender may pay us a referral fee. See the Referral Disclosure.
We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS or email. We will only send you marketing material if you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing info@shway.agency.
The site uses browser storage to remember campaign parameters for the duration of your visit and may use advertising and analytics tags. You can block cookies in your browser; the enquiry form still works without them.
Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest with access limited to the people who handle them. We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to manage the introduction, resolve any complaint and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to, by emailing info@shway.agency. SHWAY Finance is a referral service. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, credit provider or credit representative, and we do not hold an Australian Credit Licence. We do not provide credit assistance, recommend or compare credit products, assess whether a credit product is suitable for you, arrange finance, prepare or submit credit applications, or make lending decisions.
We take your enquiry, organise the information you give us and, with your consent, introduce you and provide your enquiry details to one or more independent lenders or licensed credit providers that may be able to assist you. Those providers are responsible for explaining their products, assessing your application, making all lending decisions and providing any documents required by law.
SHWAY Finance may receive a referral fee from a lender if an introduction results in a completed transaction. The amount and basis of any fee depends on the lender's arrangement with us and will be disclosed to you by the lender where the law requires it. This referral fee does not increase the amount you pay unless the lender separately discloses otherwise.
We will not pass your details to a lender without your consent. When you send an enquiry you agree to us contacting you about it; before any introduction we confirm with you which lender or lenders you want to be introduced to. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@shway.agency.
Product descriptions, amounts, terms and LVR figures on this site and in our advertising reflect information published by lenders at the time of writing. They are general and indicative only, may change without notice, and are not an offer, approval, recommendation or guarantee of finance. Rates, fees, amounts, timeframes and outcomes are determined solely by the relevant lender.
The finance discussed on this site is generally for business or investment purposes. Whether any particular product is regulated consumer credit, and what protections apply, is a matter for the lender to determine and explain.

If something has gone wrong with how we handled your enquiry or your information, email info@shway.agency with "Complaint" in the subject line, or call +61 410 949 749. Tell us what happened, when, and what you'd like us to do about it.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days, look into it, and give you a written response within 30 days. If we need longer we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
If your complaint is about a lender's product, assessment, decision, fees or conduct, it needs to go to that lender: each licensed credit provider has its own complaints process and, where applicable, membership of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). We will help you find the right contact.
